We invite you to engage in a “Tour de Progress,” where we journey around the world to regularly spotlight countries and champions making a marked difference by softening human suffering in their part of the world.

These individuals are working on behalf of society’s marginalized to ensure that every man, woman and child has the right to the availability and accessibility of essential medicines for pain and palliative care, when it’s most needed --  whether due to cancer, Covid-19 or any other condition that causes serious health-related suffering.

Tour de Progress will also spotlight strategic publications from collaborating partners which have been developed with input from Walther Global Palliative Care & Supportive Oncology. These reports inform complex global systems that help or hinder essential medicines for pain and palliative care from reaching the end user -- namely, every person suffering from moderate to severe pain due to a life-limiting illness.
